NEW Classes: Booty Barre© & R.I.P.P.E.D.©

Shake up your existing workout with a new group fitness class. New Booty Barre and R.I.P.P.E.D. classes have been added to the group fitness schedule. Booty Barre is an energetic 55-minute cardio DANCE-A-THON that combines the toning benefits of yoga, Pilates and dance to condition and stretch your entire body. The R.I.P.P.E.D total body, high-intensity program combines free weights, resistance and body weight with the R.I.P.P.E.D. components: Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics and Endurance. 750–1000 calories burned in just 50 minutes. In addition the club offers TRX, Zumba, Spin and much more. >>class schedule
